HMS DRAKE Shortfall MQ's

HMS DRAKE CAF has 9 Surplus 3 bedroomed, maximum of 5 people, fully furnished MQ's in Crownhill that are available for booking, with a minimum requirement of 2 consecutive nights.  All current service personnel and veterans can hire the MQ's for use by their visiting family and friends at a cost of £60 per night.

All the MQ's comprise of the following:

Living Room - A large room comprising of 2 x 2 seater sofas and a TV

Dining Room/Kitchen - Each MQ has a combined Kitchen and Dining Room comprising of a table and 6 chairs, Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine, Microwave, Kettle, Oven, 4 burner hob and all the necessary pots, pans, plates and utensils.

Bathroom - Upstairs is a bathroom consisting of a sink, WC, bath and over the bath electric shower.  There is also a separate WC downstairs.

Main Bedroom - Contains a double bed, Wardrobe and Dressing Table

Second Bedroom - Contains two single beds with Chester Drawers and Bedside Table

Third Bedroom - Contains one single bed with Chester Drawers

No pets are allowed in the accommodation

All bedding is provided but individuals are responsible for providing their own towels.


Booking Information

Payment Terms

Deposit

Upon confirmation of your booking request by the Shorfall office, please ensure to make a deposit payment of £30 to secure your reservation.

Remaining Balance

The outstanding balance is required to be settled in full, by Bank Transfer, at least 2 weeks prior to the hire date; failure to do so will result in us reserving the right to cancel your reservation.

Hire Charge

The hire charge covers the expenses for cleaning, gas and electricity

Check out Time

All properties must be vacated by 1000 on day of departure in order for the cleaners to get the property ready for the next visitors.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your booking, refunds are processed in accordance with the timeframes below:

More than 2 weeks                    Complete refund of all monies paid

Less than 2 weeks                      Deposit is completely non-refundable

We recognise that the requirements of the Service may necessitate changes to plans. Should you need to cancel or modify your booking due to Service requirements, please contact the Shortfall Office to discuss your options by email at the following address:
